    Contributing to nutritional autonomy for all: this is the main challenge facing the Nutriset group, which has been developing unique expertise in the fight against malnutrition for over 30 years.

    Bringing together 10 partners and operating in 10 countries, the group focuses its activities on 3 main sectors: research, production and distribution of therapeutic foods to offer new solutions tailored to vulnerable populations.

     

    The implementation of TeepTrak

    In order to refocus operators on value-added tasks and maintain a high level of productivity, Nutriset installed the first TeepTrak tablet at its Malaunay site (Normandy) in 2016.

    We asked Sylvain Clausse from the Maintenance Department about this, and he explained that “Before TeepTrak, downtime feedback was done on paper with pre-filled downtimes, but this solution was rather unreliable since downtime was very subjective, and many downtimes were forgotten due to lack of time or rigor.

    Although some of the operators were apprehensive about monitoring tools in general, they quickly realized that TeepTrak solutions would improve their working conditions. According to Sylvain Clausse “The teams in the field were very receptive to TeepTrak’s solutions, because they understood that this tool could help them not only to record stoppages, but also to analyze their recurring machine breakdowns.

    Today, over 22 systems support operators at the Malaunay plant. This site is also equipped with the MoniTrak application, which sheds light on the state of production thanks to indicators, product counting, loss pareto… And all this in real time, on a large screen.

     

    The benefits of TeepTrak solutions

    In just a few weeks, TeepTrak has enabled the Malaunay plant to achieve its objectives and contribute to the cause supported by Nutriset. The solutions enable the plant to maintain a high level of productivity, production costs to remain stable, and the selling price to be reduced so that Nutriset products can be offered to as many people as possible.

    In addition “We paid off all the TeepTrak solutions in 1 month! We were able to eliminate a maximum number of what we call “irritants”, i.e. the little 3-4-second stoppages that sometimes occur fifty or a hundred times a shift. “

    These years of collaboration have also enabled TeepTrak and Nutriset to develop new products, notably for real-time monitoring of machine processes (temperature, pressure, volumetry, etc.) and certain functions of the supervision site.

    After recently raising €3 million from EDF via its Corporate Venture EDF Pulse Croissance and its historic investor XAnge (Siparex Group), TeepTrak has set itself the task of strengthening its presence in France and opening offices abroad. This new visual identity will enable it to reaffirm its values and DNA in order to meet its new ambitions.

     

    A stronger, more modern identity

    Firmly focused on its targets and markets, TEEPTRAK wants to stand out from its competitors in a sector that is highly standardised in terms of branding and brand discourse. This is an important milestone for TeepTrak,’ says Vincent Gagliardi, the start-up’s Marketing Director. ’After reflecting on the brand platform, we opted for an identity that incorporates more digital elements without losing its solidity, with a more powerful sign capable of encouraging memorisation and appropriation.


    The old graphic charter had not been redesigned since the launch in 2014 and suffered from a lack of legibility and irregular architecture. Thanks to this rebranding, TeepTrak’s new identity perfectly reflects its DNA and what has driven the start-up since its inception: offering a simple, robust product that makes industrial performance monitoring accessible to everyone.

     

    Solutions for international markets

    TeepTrak plans to open offices in Germany, Italy and North America, and a second in China, where it has been based since 2018. The new identity is designed to reflect its new ambitions.

    ‘Today, TEEPTRAK has more than 150 customer plants on 4 continents, and is deployed in numerous SMEs and ETIs as well as with major industrial players. We needed to give more maturity to our message and adopt a brand territory more in line with our international ambitions,’ adds Vincent Gagliardi.

    The graphic universe has been rethought and standardised to take into account the cultural specificities of each of the countries in which TEEPTRAK wishes to establish itself. This has also resulted in the adoption of a new baseline ‘Connect to your industrial potential’, a new website and a completely redesigned logo.
